Found something wrong or out of date?
The hours, addresses and phone numbers of the Ecuadorian consulates change from time to time. If you've noticed something that no longer matches reality, help us fix it. So we can verify it quickly, please include in your message:
- The page where you saw the error (for example, consulado-ecuatoriano.com/en/newark).
- The incorrect detail exactly as it appears now.
- The correct detail and, if possible, the official source where you confirmed it.
We cross-check every report against the official source before updating. Thank you for helping us keep the information reliable!
For official procedures and appointments
Please remember that we do not book appointments or process any paperwork: we are an independent informational site, not a government office. Official procedures are always handled through the Ecuadorian government's own channels:
- Consular appointments: citas.cancilleria.gob.ec.
- Online procedures: Ecuador's Virtual Consulate.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal: cancilleria.gob.ec.
- In an emergency (detention, accident or death), call your area's consulate directly; they answer 24 hours a day.
